Tina Gilbert established Squeezu Personalised Pilates (based on the Stott Pilates Method) in Brisbane in 2001. Throughout her teaching career Tina has educated her clients on the functional importance of Pilates and has always been devoted to developing and refining the movement patterns and skills of each individual client. Everyone can do Pilates, busy mums, corporate employees and athletes alike. The exercises are taught progressively to cater for a range of all abilities ensuring they are safe and effective for everyone.

The Squeezu Personalised Pilates programs have been created to meet the specific needs of employees in the workplace. They are timely, and designed to strengthen staff physically and mentally. Exercise sequences focus on breathing, core stability and body awareness.
We know exercise is beneficial, but Squeezu Pilates means everyone can achieve improved posture, better balance and strength. The preparatory exercises and modifications cater to many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to everyday life.

Regardless of age or fitness level regularly practising Pilates develops a greater understanding of the body. Many participants have reported feeling energized and less depressed, due to the levels of concentration and control required during
their workout.
